Disclaimer: Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Lynnes Florist Site and/or the Lynnes Florist Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Lynnes Florist Site and/or the Lynnes Florist Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Lynnes Florist Site and/or the Lynnes Florist Service impossible or impractical.

Lynnes Specials: Lynnes Specials are Lynnes unique design arrangements and are therefore only available for local delivery within the areas shown on the delivery page. No negotiation will be entered into.

eflorist NETWORK: As part of the eflorist NETWORK, flowers for delivery outside Lynnes Florist area will be supplied, arranged and delivered by an authorised member of the eflorist T NETWORK.

Illustrated Products & Substitution:Products are supplied as illustrated to the best of our ability. Lynnes Florist and eflorist members reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar where an item is not available.

We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order (including payment authorisation), and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (unless to confirm orders). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Where delivery is required outside of our area your delivery and order information maybe past to another eflorist florists to allow for completion and delivery of your order.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OUR DELIVERY AREA ARE MADE-UP AND DELIVERED BY eflorist MEMBERS.

We cannot guarantee a specific time, especially at peak periods, but we'll do our very best to accommodate any special requests.
